The ways we keep you well

Client-specific COMBINATION Massage Therapies

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is a hands-on approach used to treat musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. It involves skilled, hands-on techniques to manipulate muscles, joints, and soft tissues to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

Some of the techniques I use are:

1. Joint Mobilization

2. Soft Tissue Mobilization (Massage Therapy)

3. Myofascial Release

4. Trigger Point Therapy

5. Muscle Energy Techniques (MET)

6. Lymphatic Drainage

Sports Massage Therapy

Sports massage therapy is a specialized form of massage designed to help athletes and active individuals enhance performance, prevent injuries, and speed up recovery. It involves deep tissue techniques, stretching, and trigger point therapy to target specific muscle groups affected by physical activity.

Fascial Manipulation

Fascial manipulation is a manual therapy technique that focuses on the fascia—the connective tissue encompassing muscles, bones, and organs—to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance movement efficiency. It is commonly used by physical therapists, sports massage therapists, and chiropractors to treat musculoskeletal dysfunctions and improves overall neuro-feedback.

Fitness Coaching

FITNESS is the body’s ability to respond effortlessly and efficiently to the demands of living.

At Anatomy Tech, fitness coaching is approached from a remedial standpoint, focusing on correcting faulty patterns in the musculoskeletal and soft tissue systems, while encouraging full core stability and efficient joint mobility. Simple muscle group activation techniques are introduced and full-body movement is facilitated through range-specific targets. This improves tissue tone (the tissue’s ability to efficiently and effectively perform the work required) and reduce the chances of injury.
